The Leedahl’s Update – June 14th, 2015

11391360_10153011718907252_1324639046657448461_nAs I took pictures this week, I have a thankful heart. To me they say, “And life goes on!”
Not too long ago all this seemed impossible: Jon’s good health, walking & now flying again. God did that. God answered our prayers. When I doubted, fretted, cried & worried, God would show me time & time again, that He’s got this!

God has walked us through one of the toughest times in our lives. And yes, somedays it seemed like it would be an eternity before we could finally breathe again.

But He’s been since day 1 of the accident, strengthening our weak faith & showing us He can be trusted. He has taught us things we would have never known otherwise.

To God be the glory always.11401551_10153011718637252_2367784768382817314_n

“Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel.  I eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death. For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain. (Phil 1:12, 20, 21)”

We praise the Lord for His faithfulness, the wonderful brothers and sisters that served you with ‘ hands on love’ and the community of faithful prayers and for your tender, teachable hearts that have been willing to obey, and when weak been borne up by the faithful lifting you to the Lord. We continue to pray for you. Ruth and Greg

Greetings from Soldotna, Alaska. Your testimony of God’s faithfulness is so encouraging. Thank you for letting us pray and be a part of this journey of life. We are serving with MARC as a missionary pilot and teacher this summer. We live in Tepic, Mexico most of the year. We continue to pray as God leads us on our journey of life. You continue to inspire us all. I knew you had the spiritual, emotional and physical strength to be able to conquer this with His help and serve Him again. Margaret. Scotland.
