It’s late & I’m sleepy but I want to say a big thank you all for the birthday wishes! It was a lovely day: potluck at church w/ a cake, yogurt at my favorite place, wii dance w/ my boys & then dinner a beachy town w/ my man!
For those who have asked, Jon got his MRI done on Friday afternoon. We dropped it off for the docs to read & we will hear the results on Tuesday afternoon. Pray for wisdom & clarity for docs. The results could potentially mean another surgery.
So very thankful for our time with the Haberchaks–they were such a blessing to us!
“Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit their souls to Him in doing good, as to a faithful Creator.” (1 Peter 4:12, 13, 19 NKJV)
Thanking God for your faith that shines through in your online postings and praising Him for His faithfulness. May you daily, and even moment by moment, experience His compassions that we know in our heads “never fail.” Yet, may His unfailing compassions be experiential for both of you and, yes, for your boys as well. Praying that the results of the MRI will show no need for surgery and also that there would be clarity and wisdom for the doctors. In the multitude of your anxieties, may His comforts delight your souls. (from Ps 94:19) Blessings, Sheila (Annie’s “mentor” last year)
Thanks for your updates on the faithfulness of our wonderful Friend.
Dear brothers, please tell your doctors about the collagen and gentamicin implant. My husband worked 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry and had the opportunity to see great success in saving lives and extremities, controlling the infection and regenerate tissues. I don’t know the commercial name in Australia, but could be Cogenzia. I think the company’s name is Innocoll. My family and I are praying for you since the accident. God bless you.
