Today was a BIG day!! Jon got permission to be out for 3 hrs and we rented a van to take him to church!!

He was a little more drugged up and sleepy today, but what fun to be able to get him away from the hospital.

We got to take him to one of the churches that has been taking sweet care of us! So thankful for the Cairns church body!!!

Pray for Jon as he has docs coming in tomorrow to take off his cast and makes some assessments.

Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. (Psalms 95:1, 2 NKJV)

What a joy to be able to go to church together! I know it was tiring for him, but what a welcome change. My that therapy room looks so familiar! From 11/1/11 to 12/12 my husband had 3 brain surgeries and two hip surgeries, so we spent a lot of time in therapy in Tucson. We’ve had almost two years of relative calm, for which we are so grateful. God never leaves us, and He taught us a lot through those tough times. How important are all our Christian friends who help out in a moment’s notice.

  2. Dear John and Adie,
Greetings from Peru. Know that you are loved and prayed for here. The founders of our miistry for handicapped came to visit me cross country where I am at in Northern Peru. I shared all about you and showed them your pictures. There hearts went out for you and definitely will be lifting you up in prayer. I have definitely noticed that you are now sending out emails almost every day. That really helps people know how to pray. keep those messages coming. The word is getting out. I heard about you from two distinct organizations through my face whom share about you. Be encouraged John. God has made you to be a warrior. A warrior of TRUTH. This batlle in the physical. which you are warring as a warrior. Will transform you into a mighty warrior for HIS KINGDOM.God bless you, Missionary Pastor David Eschenbach. Love and hugs. Be bold MAN.
